Kale Cress
Spicy and Pungent
Our kale cress has a spicy aroma and refreshing pungent taste. It’s also known as watercress and has a way more stronger flavour profile than regular or baby kale.
Why eat them?
It’s a low calorie cress with generous amount of vitamin E, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and copper (3).
Pair it with
Sandwiches, puree, fruit, nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beets, leeks and corn.
