We were proud to be the sourcing partner for the sustainable menu launch with Pullman, JLT. The menu was especially curated by culinary expert Chef Tamer, Executive Chef at Pullman, JLT.

This 4 course consisted of scrumptious dishes like Watermelon Feta, 21st Century Julius Caesar, Caprese Salad, Kale Carmelle Pasta, Organic Chicken Breast, Sustainable Salmon and desserts.

All the greens used  in the menu were grown in the UAE at our farm in Sharjah and were harvested fresh in the morning for this dinner menu.

This partnership was a tribute to UAE agriculture who has grown tremedously in the last few years. The locally sourced ingredients was a way to express gratitute towards the supportive nation..
