Our Partnership
We are proud to be the sourcing partner for the sustainable menu launch with Pullman, JLT. The menu has been especially curated by culinary expert Chef Tamer, Executive Chef at Pullman, JLT.
This 4 course menu consists of scrumptious dishes like Watermelon Feta, 21st Century Julius Caesar, Caprese Salad, Kale Carmelle Pasta, Organic Chicken Breast, Sustainable Salmon and desserts.
All the greens in the menu have been grown in the UAE at our farm in Sharjah and have been harvested fresh in the morning for this dinner menu.

As a part of the sustainabality mission, Pullman JLT made a pledge to source as many local ingredients as possible.
